I've spent twenty years in the insurance industry — pricing risk, building teams, and learning that the most valuable thing on the balance sheet is rarely on the balance sheet.
Along the way I founded, scaled, and exited multiple companies. Each one taught me a different lesson about culture, about timing, and about the strange grief that arrives the morning after a deal closes.
Neverdone is where I write those lessons down — partly so other founders don't have to learn them twice, partly so I keep learning them myself.
I write about the full journey: the messy beginning, the lonely middle, the strange ending, and the inevitable next thing. Because growth, honestly, is neverdone.
These days I work in two directions. I sit with founders and executives in the thick of it — the ones trying to get to 10,000 feet while the urgent keeps pulling them back down. And I sit with operators on the other side of the line, asking the quieter question of what comes after the win. Different chapters, same conversation.
